Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] 1. The impact of the objective of decision-making harmony on the configuration and interpretation of the rules attributable to jurisdiction: introductory considerations; in particular, the "constitutional" reasons by virtue of which the concentration of the dispute in a single forum can be justified. - 2. The technical "levers" that can be operated to achieve or favor concentration. - 3. In particular, the levers operating on the determination of the material scope of the title of jurisdiction. - 4. (Continued): The levers that intervene on the configuration of the title of jurisdiction. - 5. (Continued): The levers that affect the concurrent or exclusive, imperative or derogable nature of the attribution of competence conferred by the title. - 6. The position occupied by harmony in the jurisdictional system of the “Brussels I-bis” regulation.
