Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The family, its ties and its conflicts are at the center of the Archipelago Mazzini 3.0 project (www.arcipelagomazzini.org), underway in the Mazzini district (Corvetto area in Milan), a social partnership project, funded by the Cariplo Foundation, lasting three years , which aims to increase social cohesion in the neighborhood and promote family ties. With regard to the promotion of family and social ties, a Promotion and Enrichment Program for the Parenting Link was implemented. The course was conducted by two trainers and was attended by 19 parents, mostly Italians, for four meetings. The working method was active and grouped with the aim of promoting in parents not only the awareness of the fundamental dimensions of parenting but also the ability to establish trust relationships between them and with the other social subjects of the territory. In this paper, not only the fundamental steps of the course and the tools used will be presented, but also the results of the evaluation that accompanied the entire training process, from the design with the context assessment to the realization through the process evaluation up to its results through the evaluation of results. The evaluation device is in fact a fundamental and unavoidable component of the intervention and presents specific peculiarities connected to the semi-structured nature of the intervention and to the focus on dimensions not only of competence but also of parental identity.
