Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The text aims to offer graduates in legal sciences, enrolled in the School for the legal professions, useful elements for a deepening of the study of administrative law. In a university degree course the study of administrative law necessarily has an institutional character. Consequently it must focus on some fundamental notions, which in general, for educational reasons, are illustrated in their clearest and most consolidated terms. Those who know administrative law, however, are well aware that the subject is characterized by a particular problematic nature of the institutes and its very foundations, and this problem is evidenced by the variety of positions that are expressed daily by jurisprudence and doctrine even with respect to nodal profiles . On the other hand, administrative law reflects the characteristics and contradictions of society in an intense and direct way: the fact that on many issues the discussion has not reached definitive results is perhaps, indeed, one of the reasons for the fascination of the subject. For graduates who intend to take a closer look at the study of the subject, preparation according to the model of university courses is not sufficient: it is necessary to take a closer look at debates that are often still open. The students of the School for the legal professions are therefore asked to acquire an awareness of the major topics under discussion and in any case to be able to have all the essential tools to be able to understand the different theses. In this way it is possible to draw on the culture in which administrative law is set.
