Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] the contribution solicits some reflections on the theme of experience and learning from experience, highlighting the various exceptions and how starting from this heterogeneity gives rise to different devices aimed at favoring adult learning in organizational contexts. The concept of practice and community of practices is then analyzed, highlighting opportunities, risks and open questions.
