Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The author examines the issue of the legality of the affixing on spare parts by independent spare parts dealers of the car manufacturer's brand, taking into consideration the jurisprudential situation prior to and subsequent to the transposition of Directive 98/71 / EC.
