Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] Research on well-being in the voluntary sector, highlighting personal and professional indicators of well-being and malaise, provides useful suggestions to prevent situations of discomfort and work syndromes (anxiety, mobbing, stress, depression and burn out); highlights the coping and wellness promotion strategies that, at "zero cost" or with little economic investment, allow the promotion of well-being. From this research we obtain useful indications and best practices that can also be transferred to other organizational types. This book is addressed not only to the heads of voluntary organizations, but to the psychologists of the work and to the trainers and consultants who intervene in the organizations, whether public, private or non-profit and, above all, it will be of certain interest for the resources managers Human and for the specialists of the Personal Area who breathe the organizational climate and are responsible for the well-being and / or malaise of people at work.
