[Autom. eng. transl.] Psychosocial risks and organizational well-being today represent an increasingly important and significant specificity for observing and reading organizations, on the part of those who, due to their role, are called to manage and take care of developments, changes and skills professional. In these areas of intervention guidelines, standards and directives have been developed at a global level, through the WHO, and at European level, the Commission has issued the Framework Directives 89/391. This means having recognized that health and safety in organizational contexts represent a resource and, at the same time, a strategic objective, to be protected from a psycho-sociological point of view. The functioning of organizations and organizations therefore presents a new space for professional services, not only for occupational psychologists, but also for the roles of human resource manager, trainer, safety manager, consultant and, above all, of managerial government. To these roles the text offers data, suggestions and points for professional reflection regarding signs and symptoms of malaise and prefigurations of possible promotion of well-being. The volume has set itself the goal of exploring an organizational reality operating in the public sector, in the Health sector: the City of Milan ASL. Researchers from Siforp and Eu-tropia, through a rigorous methodological path, shared by the ASL Directorate, have revealed quantitative and qualitative elements on the psychosocial dimensions of the specific organizational context. Situations of well-being and malaise have been identified and circumscribed through indicators and supplemented by specific individual strategic behaviors to promote well-being and prevent discomfort. Thus, work proposals can be used that can be used as management actions aimed at protecting individual and organizational well-being. The author's contribution is related to the statistical processing of the data collected for the research.
