Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] Critical translation from English and adaptation to the written form of the dialogue between the psychologist Pumla Gobodo-Madikizela, who took part in the work of the Commission for Truth and Reconciliation of South Africa, and the jurist Albie Sachs, lawyer and anti-apartheid activist, victim of an attack, become judge of the Constitutional Court. Dialogue deals with the theme of memory and justice, truth and reconciliation, restorative justice, the meeting of the victim with the guilty, starting from the biographical experience and from the studies of the two Protagnists. The memorable dialogue took place in April 2016 at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart, in Milan, during the international conference entitled "Conflict, Reason and Reconciliation. South Africa Twenty Years Later".
