Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] Animation, as a creative process between practice and theory, is oriented to the formation of the person. It therefore presupposes an educational goal, a direction and a sense, and therefore, it remains a challenge for the powers (economic, social and cultural), since it is never totally controlled or completely free of constraints with respect to them. The process of emancipation towards which animation is directed presupposes a critical effort and a reflexive elaboration that question the meaning of education. In particular, the volume has the task of indicating the elements of consonance between animation and educational experience. Pedagogy is approached with reference to the interpretative categories suitable for understanding the problem of meaning that springs from experience and, at the same time, to support the authenticity of educational practices.
