Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The relationships between the television medium and the web series, like those between the respective audiences, are complex and - after a first phase of trial and error - they are settling on a new balance. On the one hand, a "one way" journey involves the presence of online extensions, also in the form of web series, of traditional television fiction, to respond to the needs of an active and curious public. On the other hand, an opposite "return" to the small screen is implicit in the arrival of some webseries between network listings, to justify the costs but also to meet a wider audience.
