Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] Starting from the qualiquantitative analysis carried out on the forum messages deposited on the wall of the Youth Telephone listening service ("Botta and Answer"), a detailed description of the discursive behaviors of the subjects involved in the interaction (users and volunteers) and of the their relationships, the characteristics and contents of the messages exchanged are described, together with the modalities and the forms with which the averaged listening is realized. The analysis is aimed at identifying how this space is used by users and volunteers, with respect to the representation of the interlocutor beyond the screen, the main themes / experiences brought, the connections between initiative messages and responses, trying to show the effects on the relationship of management procedures and procedures. To achieve this goal, 3 sub-sets have been identified, consisting of the messages deposited by users, the relative responses to the service and any comments (at the opening of the forum; two years after the opening; those present, that is, at the time of the start of the search) : each person is provided with complete analyzes to allow the reader to understand in depth the dynamics that have been created.
