Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] In the treatment of HIV-1 infection, the need to improve adherence to treatment (reducing the number of doses and the use of boosters) and to minimize the phenomenon of resistance to mutations in the gene that codes for the enzyme integrase, led to the development of the new drug dolutegravir (DTG), the subject of this ethical evaluation in HTA (Health Technology Assessment).
