Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] This contribution presents the research device adopted and some of the main results of a process of knowledge production and organizational learning developed starting from the initiatives promoted by the Department of Training and Work of the Province of Arezzo. The article proposes both an intervention research methodology aimed at approaching the subjects according to a qualitative and ethnographic approach to investigate practical and concrete learning experiences in response to the problems and situations encountered, and a device for the promotion of interactions, involvement and creation of networks between different local interlocutors identified as relevant and bearers of implicit knowledge of their contexts of action.
