In this recent area there is a focus on decision-making processes, through which the individual selects an option from among those possible, often characterized by uncertainty of the outcome. The article aims to inform the reader about this area of ​​investigation through the review of studies conducted on the decision-making process in developmental dyslexia. The analysis of these studies highlights some alterations in decision making mechanisms in developmental dyslexia. The article highlights the significance that this line of research can have for understanding this disorder.
