Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] Since 2020, the history of humanity has had to deal with the spread of Sars-COV-2 which has generated a health, social and economic emergency in Italy, as in many countries around the planet. The High School of Economics and Management of Health Systems of the Faculty of Economics of the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart, in collaboration with the Department of Life Sciences and Public Health (Hygiene Section) of the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery “A . Gemelli”, Cerismas (Centre for Research and Studies in Healthcare Management), the Business Organization Group of the DiGES Department of Law, Economics and Sociology of the University of Magna Graecia of Catanzaro, and the Research Center on Leadership in Medicine of the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery “A. Gemelli" of the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart, has published a weekly report to systematically and comparatively analyze the response models adopted by the Regions in response to the Covid-19 emergency, starting from the epidemiological analysis of the evolution of the pandemic. Two years after the first patient in Italy with COVID-19 in Codogno, ALTEMS wanted to prepare a report that summarized all the elements that made up the response to the spread of the virus, focusing on the institutional and organizational models adopted by the Italian Regions. This weekly series, which had already seen a Special Edition of the Instant Report at the end of 2020 close to the start of the vaccination campaign, is presented in a different form compared to the 85 previous reports. This Report has been structured to provide a summary of what has happened in the last 24 months by providing an overall reading of the events and the response methods adopted by the Regions.
