However, the exercise of such power poses various problems in relation to respect for the principle of individual autonomy in therapeutic matters, as well as in relation to the regulation of compulsory health treatments. Precisely for these reasons, the attribution to the support administrator of invasive powers of the "very personal" sphere of the beneficiary must be evaluated with extreme caution, always considering the peculiarities of the concrete case and situations of real and not otherwise substitutable necessity.
