[Autom. eng. transl.] The paper aims to integrate the approaches described by the authors of the original version of Read me first (ethnomethodological approach, Grounded Theory and phenomenological) with the synthetic presentation of three approaches that make language and verbal stories their object: narrative, discursive approach -conversational, hermeneutical, following the same questions as the original contributions (assumed; What questions are pertinent; Position of the researcher; Collection / Production of data; What the results give; What forms can they take). The common foundation of these perspectives is constructivism: the knowledge of the world does not consist only in its objective representation, but is a process through which the subject continually constructs and transforms his world and himself. Constructivism means the communicative processes both as individual paths of meaning attribution, as collective, socio-cultural or systemic practices of consensual construction or co-construction of experiential worlds. If instead we consider the differences between the three approaches, a first summary distinction may be that the discursive-conversational ones are interested in discourse as a social action, as a tool used by people to achieve interactional purposes located; research based on narration, on the other hand, aims to describe and understand the meaning and value attributed by particular individuals or social groups to the events or situations that constitute the object of the research; hermeneutics focuses its attention on the construction of meaning and the value and existential meanings that individuals attribute to their own experiences. The emphasis shifts from the sense re-built personally by the subject (narrative approach) to the construction of meaning relative to the context in which the experience is lived (hermeneutic approach), to the ways people use to construct meaning within interactions ( discursive-conversational approach).
