Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] In light of the discovery at the Library of the Assemblée nationale in Paris of the draft of the code created by the principal architect of the Napoleonic code of civil procedure, Eustache Nicolas Pigeau, the external and internal history of the formation of the aforementioned code is reconstructed.
