Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The article examines the discipline set by art. 28 of the law on adoption, under the dual profile of inspiring principles and application issues. Systematic innovation, as seen from the first point of view, highlights the passage from a culture of secrecy to an information culture, sanctioning the right of the adopted child to know his adopted status and to know his origins, thus from the second point of view does not fail to offer critical issues, depending both on the substantial and procedural limits placed on the access to the identifying information of the biological parents, and on the subjective latitude of the holders of the right to know.
