Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The article highlights the emergence of smartsourcing (or selective outsourcing) as a new management practice. Driven by the search for maximum organizational efficiency, the credit institutions through smartsourcing solutions have undoubted advantages on the competitive level: a real reduction of costs, flexibility of the solutions adopted, operational processes adhering to the strategies and greater capacity for operational and organizational change.
