Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] It is an empirical research that focuses on the representational dimension of parenthood and that is distinguished above all by the fact of considering all - jointly - all the actors involved in the ex-ante evaluation of adoptive parenting. The scope of the investigation concerns a single judicial district (the TM of Brescia) and involves the judges and the psychosocial operators who intervene in the same casuistry.
