Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The title of this contribution invites us first of all to reflect on a principle that sounds paradoxical: by helping others we help ourselves. This kind of oxymoron tells us that when we strive to solve a problem for another person, then this "resolution" also applies (or above all is true) to ourselves. The help I offer goes back and becomes my reality above all. It reinforces me in the beliefs and underlying attitudes of my conscience, from which those beneficial recommendations branch out: obviously, the firming of my conscience becomes a protective factor above all for myself.
