Abstract
Gemelli's importance as a scholar was acknowledged by several linguists and psychologues in the German-speaking countries too. Here some letters from the "Gemelli archive" are presented and for the first time translated into Italian, among these a letter of presentation written by Karl Bühler. Other documents show Gemelli's efforts to help some Jewish colleagues of his, who were forced by the German government to abandon their academic role.
