Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The European debate on managing the effects of the rapid and progressive aging of the population, which is affecting a large part of countries with advanced economies, has increasingly focused on the promotion of work in old age and on the extension of careers. The paper discusses the role of work organizations in the management of population aging processes, focusing on the most recent international approaches to the topic.
