Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The work gathers and coordinates some of the results of recent research and in-depth activities carried out by the "Center for Studies and Research on Legal and Social Psychology", established at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in 1983 and currently directed by Prof. Marta Bertolino. In the first part of the work, dedicated to seminars organized annually with the participation of jurists, honorary judges, social scientists and scholars, in the awareness of the need for an interdisciplinary approach and collaboration, particular attention was paid to the relationship establishes between the child (adolescent, between fourteen and eighteen years) the author of a crime and the organization of justice in its various operational moments: from the intervention of the police to the arrest, from the trial to the juridical decisions that conclude it. In the second part of the work the results of recent research carried out by the Center for Studies and Research on Legal and Social Psychology are collected and exhibited, in particular conducted by Prof. Assunto Quadrio. The researches examined specific aspects of the relationship between individuals and social norms, that is, among others: attitudes towards educational and scholastic norms of minor subjects, at school age and pre-adolescent age; the relationship between women and the norms of contemporary society; the concept of norm and deviance in the perception of preadolescents and adolescents.
