Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The research presented in the article focuses on the representational dimension of parenting and is distinguished above all by the fact of considering together - and comparatively - all the actors involved in the ex-ante evaluation of adoptive parenting. The scope of the investigation concerns a single judicial district (that of the TM of Brescia) and involves the judges and the psychosocial operators who intervene in the same casuistry.
