[Autom. eng. transl.] The volume presents some results that emerged from the survey of the Generation Z longitudinal research of 2017-2018, promoted by the Toniolo Institute of Higher Studies in 44 schools distributed throughout the country with the participation of 8500 students. The survey, which uses the Positive Youth Development approach, aims to look at adolescents' resources and abilities rather than their limitations or shortcomings. Resources and skills that can also emerge thanks to the context in which they are born and grow and the adult figures who accompany them, primarily the family and teachers. In particular, in this second survey, the values, widely understood, were taken into consideration: after providing a general overview of the underlying theories and the main results that emerged, the authors focus on the value of the encounter with the foreigner, of the skills attributed teachers, the perception of their body. Some pedagogical indications and psychological reflections on the results emerged conclude the work.
