The concept of citizenship is a complex concept and not easily defined, especially when you do not intend to restrict the meaning to a legal status.Citizenship as a process of active participation in the community is a complex of knowledge, behaviors and feelings of the individuals, orientates to specify the acquisition and the employment of the competences that make real and effective the acting as a citizen
