Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The Aricolo concerns the proposal to create a fund that issues bonds at European level (Eurobonds) that are guaranteed by the gold reserves of the central banks of the euro area countries. The article also reports some other proposals elaborated by others on the same subject.
