Abstract
This essay examines Mario Chiesa’s “Saggi folenghiani” (Alessandria 2013) and offers new considerations about Teofilo Folengo’s macaronic poems, especially from a lexicographical point of view. Some intertextual issues (e. g. about Andrea da Barberino) are also taken into account.
