[Autom. eng. transl.] The article analyzes some of the main innovations made to the national education system by Law 107/2015 (the so-called 'Good School'), the day after its entry into force. In particular, considerations are developed on the question of school autonomy in the light of the norms and the most connotative institutions of the reform adopted (autonomy, PTOF, head teacher).
