Abstract
In the current debate around gender you can grasp the need to return to think the complexity of existence, to identify symbolic, ethical and legal instruments to ensure the inviolability of the other in his uniqueness, to reaffirm the reasons of prudence and respect as a principle of order to receive and problematize the current changes and to develop a new relationships grammar.
