Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The question relating to the identification of the judge competent to know the execution in the event of a plurality of measures issued by courts in single and collegial composition is analyzed, underlining the importance of extending the effectiveness of the collegial criterion also to the hypothesis in which the provisions come from single-person and collegiate judges belonging to different judicial offices, also recognizing in the executive phase a new space for the attractive force of the court in collegial composition and, therefore, offering greater guarantees in terms of both impartiality and technical-professional aptitude.
