Abstract
This paper reflects about the moral and complex issue of the legitimacy, for a parliamentary, to support with a vote (and sometimes to propose in advance) an "ethically mixed" law (a so-called "imperfect law") , that is, that contains both good and wicked articles.
To this end, the essay focuses on the distinction between moral good/evil, physical evil and harm, the difference between will, consciously provoke and tolerate, the principle of double effect, the question of insoluble moral dilemmas (exemplifying a specific case: that of a falsiloquium to save someone's life).
