Description

Profile of host response in C57BL6/J mice infected with A/Mexico/4108/2009 (H1N1), spanning days 1 through 6 post-infection. Focused analysis on the involvement of IL-6 in the host response. Total RNA obtained from lung tissue collected from infected C57BL6/J mice at t = 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 days post-infection (n=3/time point). Uninfected control samples were also obtained (n=3).
